Going up towards Èze

Èze is a superb village about twenty minutes from Nice by train. The station is located near the sea, in the village aptly named “Èze-bord-de-mer”. You can take a dip in the Mediterranean before tackling the climb to the village itself, on a small, steep path. This one is named after Nietzche. because the writer conceived there the third part of his work Thus spoke Zarathustra.

The village of Èze on the way up to Mont Bastide

The village is built on a rocky outcrop, its visit is worth the detour. After strolling, you can then continue the route by crossing the road bridge. We move away from the road quite quickly to reach Mont Bastide, with the best views of the village along the way. Then you can go back down to the station via Chemin Savaric which passes at the bottom of a rocky valley.

Photagne

I started photography in 2015 during a trip to Hawaii. Since then, I have devoted myself to landscape photography during my many mountain treks.
