A great tour with quite a bit of elevation gain in a peaceful high altitude valley. In addition, we will find two refuges along the way where the pastries are excellent. What more !

If you are passing through Vanoise, don't miss this hike. For me, the Cirque des Évettes is one of the prettiest corners of this massif!

This hike suggests not going around the glacier, but the Tour glacier. Take advantage of it while the glacier is still easily accessible, because it is melting visibly!

The hike to Lac Blanc is a very (very) classic tour from Chamonix. That said, if we go there early enough in the season we will avoid the influx of tourists. And frankly, when we see the view of the Mont Blanc massif we understand why this hike is popular!
